To provide aid and assistance to refugees and asylum seekers in need that are victims of war or persecution by operating a sponsorship program to Canada. 

To provide settlement support through access to accommodationm, education, counselling and other support services for immigrants and refugees in need, including language instruction, employment training, job search programs, translation services, referral services and information programs on Canadian culture and life. 

To undertake activities ancillary and incidental to the attainment of the above charitable purposes.

To receive and maintain a fund or funds and to apply all or part of the principal and income therefrom, from time to time, to qualified donees as defined in subsection 149.1(1) of the Income Tax Act (Canada).
