Refugees needs your help
"It's 3am in the morning, and MFNO is picking up a mom and daughter at the airport after their long flight to get to Canada.
With only school sized backpacks, exhausted and anxious about what to expect they emerge from arrivals. In the following days, they begin to relax, extra cloths, food and temporary lodging are all arranged, and within the coming weeks their Canadian documents are in order. The daughter begins school, and the mom finds work. Within a month, they are able to move to a long term rental unit and are living independently in Canada. "
This is the short story of just one of the 8 families (over 1 per month) helped since March of this year. Our success comes from the aid and support we obtain and the Mentors who help the refugees reach independance.
